So you have mustered enough courage to buy a property. 

Browsing the web endless hours for listings will get you nowhere. Your will find countless properties which are probably gorgeous outside of your price range.

Step 1 - Determine how much house you can afford.

Step 2 - Get pre approved or better yet approved for a mortgage.

Step 3 - Start the house hunt. 

​

Step 4 - Submit an offer.

Step 5 - Offer accepted. House inspection - determine wether to proceed or withdraw the offer.

Step 6 - Closing.
